Dr. Gandy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of North Alabama in Florence, AL, graduating with distinction, cum laude. Subsequently, she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, KY. She then went on to serve an anatomic and clinical pathology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.
Upon completion of her postgraduate training, Dr. Gandy began holding key positions in a variety of medical settings. She was a pathologist at Flowers Pathology, LLC in Dothan, Alabama prior to her position as a pathologist with Cunningham Pathology in Birmingham, Alabama.
Dr. Gandy holds full medical licensure and is a board-certified diplomat in anatomic and clinical pathology.
